I never got around to making the rhubarb muffins. But I had some reserved egg whites in the fridge from when I’d used only egg yolks recently, so I made a giant meringue with a touch of cinnamon, and topped it with a mix of rhubarb and strawberries: pavlova! #pavlova #ontariorhubarb #rhubarbseason #strawberryrhubarb
