It used to be that if we had lettuce cups for dinner, the little ones would eat a few ‘deconstructed’ pieces, along with some noodles and a lot of edamame. Now, they’re filling lettuce leaves with toppings and sauces for themselves, as well as offering to make new and different combinations for anyone else who’ll take one.
