Who loves ginger snaps? I love how they’re soft when they come out of the oven and spend the day getting more and more crisp; I love how they crackle on top as they bake; I love their gingery punch and how they’re not overly sweet. So I guess I love ginger snaps! Which is why I baked these beauties; plus I saved some dough in the fridge to enjoy another batch this week!
