If you have a family brunch instead of breakfast, then can’t wait until dinner, this kind of late afternoon ‘snack’ should get everybody through. Bright crisp veggies with yogurt dip, pictured at back/top; herb frittata; a mixed board with grapes, cheeses, crackers (plain, and pre-spread with fig jam), pistachios, and honey roasted peanuts, clementines, apple slices and prosciutto-wrapped crackers; sliced panettone. Served in the living room, of course. Do you do that, too?
