plum salad

I recently bought some fresh, crisp plums, and was thinking about how we could enjoy them not simply out of hand, or in a typical fruit salad, but also not baked, either.

As usual, I made a salad!

A little olive oil drizzled over top, a few drops of balsamic vinegar to finish the dressing, and a spoonful of seeds for crunchy texture. Lastly, a sprinkling of salt and… ta-daa!
