I made a variation of a pasta dish mentioned in bon appetit.
‘Mentioned’, as it wasn’t a recipe, rather a suggestion of ingredients that can be put together for a quick and delicious dinner.
Also, I didn’t really use the same ingredients, but took the suggestion and went with what was in the fridge.
- salt, pepper
- butter & olive oil
The breadcrumbs are toasted in the leek/garlic/butter/oil so they become tiny garlic toasts that you toss with pasta.
Then, grate Romano cheese over the top, and add some parsley.
Lastly, sit down to eat.
No need to say ‘enjoy’, because, really, why wouldn’t you?
