forgotten deliciousness


Sometimes when I eat something I haven’t had for awhile, I can’t believe how delicious it is. Then, I can’t believe I’d forgotten about it. Why don’t I eat it more often?

This is my list of things that have come up lately:

  • Salt-sprinkled tomato
  • Buttered toast with cinnamon sugar
  • Black cherry ice cream
  • Buffalo milk mozzarella
  • Homemade roasted almonds
  • Rye bread toast
  • Baked potato
