  1. I love a white pizza (like the one at Cinque Lire) – with honey, pears, gorgonzola and walnuts) BUT….
    if I have to pick: Tomatoe sauce all the way! Pizza is not pizza without a good tomotoe sauce. Well, at least that’s my opinion.

  2. For me, white pizza is crescia night, with cold prosciutto, warm verdrura and formagio all laid out on the table to pile up as you wish. All other pizza must be saucy. And, now, I need pizza!
