Blueberry-Gooseberry Jam

I had a box of blueberries and a part box of gooseberries in the fridge, and only a little jam (raspberry) in the fridge. So I decided to make a quick batch of jam.

Equal parts fruit and sugar, boiled for a few minutes, and cooled on the counter.

Now we have a jar of jam ready to be used on our toast in the morning, on crackers with cheese for an afternoon snack, in plain yogurt so the yogurt is not plain, and sandwiched between butter cookies – if it isn’t all eaten by the time we next make a batch of cookies.
